The Glock 19 Gen4, in 9x19, introduces revolutionary design changes to the
pistol that has found worldwide acclaim with security services both private
and public. The modular backstrap design lets the user adapt the grip to
hand size, and the frame surface exhibits the scientifically-designed Gen4
rough textured technology. This model features a dual-recoil spring
assembly that substantially increases the life of the system, and the
enlarged reversible magazine catch easily accommodates left- or
right-handed operators. The Generation 4 frame retains the Glock accessory
rail for accessory attachment.

This is the 2nd handgun my wife and I purchased from NW Armory. Top notch gun shop. This Glock was purchased for my wife to CC, along with a G17 Gen 4 for myself. It's a good shooter out of the box for the most part. Had a couple of feed issues(seems to be commonplace with new Glocks). I also had an issue with getting shell casings to the face. This is annoying and I don't believe any gun should do that. Again, seems common with Glocks. We had the same issue with my G17. This one was actually worse.
The sights are cheap and shoddy at best.
What I had done to the gun by certified armorer: .25 trigger job(smoothed it out)
Polished he top and bottom surfaces of the extractor(fixed the casings to the face issue)
added a bit of grease to the slide cam and connector to eliminate the failure to go into full battery on both guns.
Took a bad mag to NW Armory due to the last shell hitting her between the eyes, every time. They replaced it, no problem. That's how you get return customers right there.
We've put close to 700 rnds through it so far. After we replace the sights, she should have an ideal CC gun.
NW Armory is about a 45 minute drive from our house and I will drive there every time I want to buy a gun or accessory. Customer for life. For Glocks....Well, they'll have to make some changes.
